Reviews and Ratings
My stay at The Colonnade was a mixed bag. the location in Little Venice was quite charming, with easy access to the tube, but the room was a letdown. There were cleanliness issues and some facilities that clearly needed urgent attention, which dampened the overall experience.
My stay at The Colonnade was a mixed bag. While I appreciated the vintage decor and beautiful neighborhood, the poor upkeep of the room and service left much to be desired. I had high hopes, but ultimately, it didn't meet the four-star expectations.
I had a rather disappointing experience at The Colonnade. Despite its charming location and historic aspects, the room and overall cleanliness were lacking. and the service did not meet the expected standards. There were notable moments when things simply did not go as planned, leaving a lot to be desired during my stay.
My stay at The Colonnade was a mix of charm and disappointment. While the hotel's character and historic ambiance caught my eye, the upkeep left much to be desired. The uncomfortable mattress and lack of basic amenities really detracted from my experience. I appreciated the location, but the service and dining options were frustratingly below par.
My return to The Colonnade brought back fond memories, yet it was a mixed experience. The staff were truly the star of my stay, always friendly and eager to help. However, the decor felt outdated and the room was quite small, especially the en suite bathroom. While the hotel's history is impressive, it seems to be in need of a little TLC to match its four-star rating.
